Additional terms for products we sell (Jewellery · Wear · Food)
- Product images are illustrative. Color, texture, and minor design details may vary due to lighting, screen settings, hand-finishing, batch differences, or availability of components.
- Prices, offers, and availability may change without notice. Any promotions may be subject to additional rules shown on the relevant page.
- We may cancel or limit quantities per order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of promotions, bulk buying for resale, pricing errors, or inventory mismatch. If payment is captured and we cancel, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
Jewellery-specific
- Weights (including stone/metal weight) and dimensions may have minor tolerances due to manufacturing and finishing processes.
- Natural stones may have visible inclusions or slight shade variation; such natural characteristics are not considered defects.
- If any hallmarking/certification is provided for a particular item, it will be described on that product page; do not assume certifications unless explicitly stated on the listing or invoice.
- Care instructions (e.g., avoiding chemicals/water/impact) should be followed; damage due to misuse, normal wear-and-tear, or improper storage may not be eligible for return/refund unless required by applicable law.
Clothing / Wear-specific
- Sizing may vary by style and fabric. Please review the size guide and product details before ordering.
- Minor color variation between photos and the delivered product can occur due to screen settings and dye-lot differences.
- Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact) where a return is accepted under the applicable return policy for that item category.
Food / Eat-specific
- Food items may contain allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy). Always check the product description and packaging before consumption.
- Perishable or consumable goods may have restricted cancellation/return windows. Where applicable, returns may not be accepted once shipped/delivered except for quality issues or wrong items, subject to policy and applicable law.
- Storage and handling instructions on the label must be followed. We are not responsible for spoilage or quality degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
Shipping, delivery, and risk
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier constraints, weather, strikes, regulatory checks, or other external factors.
